PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When purchasing products on www.inselisland.com you will need to fill in your personal information, such as name, address, and payment information. Your purchase will not be binding until we have accepted it. You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not accepted until it is approved by us. You will then receive an order approval email. You may not cancel your order after this step. At Insel Island,  you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Expres, and PayPal.

SHIPPING WITHIN USA
The shipping is free on all US orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We recommend that you contact us prior to making a payment so that we can provide you with a shipping quote. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping, and it is your responsibility to file an insurance claim.

DAMAGED PARCELS

For US customers, the goods are insured in transit and we ask that you please check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can take care of it. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit and will replace the item or return the cost if the item is no longer in stock.

TIME OF PRODUCTION

We have a limited number of pieces in stock. For those in-stock items, we can ship them right away. Most of the arts are handmade just for you. Depending on different artists and arts, the production time is ranging from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. We list the production time on the product page, please read carefully before you check out.

TIME OF DELIVERY

The processing time for the order will be 3-5 business days. Should there be delays at the shipping carrier Insel Island cannot, however, be held responsible.
